Returns and Refunds
1. HOW CAN I CANCEL/MODIFY AN ORDER?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us promptly by email at customercare@jadise.it or by calling 09231961962. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once your order is in stock, we will no longer be able to guarantee its cancellation or modification.
If you have received your order and wish to return or exchange it, please refer to the return or exchange instructions that you will find attached to the order confirmation email or in the Returns&Returns section. Once we have received your return, we will process your refund or exchange request.
2. WITHIN HOW LONG CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
You may return or exchange the purchased product within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal or request an exchange, you must inform us of your decision by sending a letter by post, fax or e-mail.

3. HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
Fill in the return form attached to the order confirmation email
Stick the pre-printed, pre-paid label on the original box (or on another one that is just as sturdy), taking care to cover the return label, and contact the courier who will come and collect the parcel wherever and whenever you prefer;
If you have lost the label, contact customer service on the toll-free number 0923 1961962 or by e-mail at customercare@www.jadise.it, a new one will be sent to you.
4. HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
Fill in the return form attached to the order confirmation email

5. WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING/EXCHANGING A PRODUCT?
The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery of the order;
Items to be returned must be handed over to the courier within 14 days of notification of the exchange request to Customer Service;
The return can only be sent from the country of delivery;
The products must have been purchased online at jadise.co.uk and not in shops or boutiques.
In the case of withdrawal with express delivery, the delivery costs relating to the same will not be refunded.
In the case of withdrawal from a Multiple Order, the delivery costs relating to the same shall not be refunded, unless the customer withdraws from the entire Multiple Order. The customer is requested to return the goods, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his withdrawal from this contract to us, in accordance with the procedure set out below. The deadline is met if the customer returns the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
You may return a gift by contacting the person who sent it to you or, if you prefer, by calling our Customer Service.
6. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
After receiving your return, we will check the integrity of the items before accepting them. This verification may take approximately 3 - 4 working days after delivery.
The refund will be made as soon as possible after acceptance of the return, directly to the payment method used for the purchase and in the same currency.
You will see the credit to your account within approximately one week after our refund request, depending on the required time of the banking procedures.
7. HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO REQUEST A RETURN/EXCHANGE?
You may return or exchange the product purchased within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.
