Orders & Shipments

1. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS?

  • Free Shipping Italy - 3-6 working days - For amounts over € 50
  • Standard Shipping Italy - 2-4 working days - € 4.90
  • Express Shipping Italy - 2-4 working days - € 9.99
  • Free Shipping Europe - 3-5 working days - For orders over €200
  • Express Shipping Europe - 3-5 working days - € 14,99
  • Express Shipping Extra EU - 3-8 working days - € 29,99

Shipments will be handled Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning.

During the period of sales or promotions, shipments may take longer.

Once the item has been dispatched, the courier will make up to three delivery attempts, after the third the order will return to our warehouse.

Please note that once the order has been confirmed, it will no longer be possible to change the shipping address.
2. WHERE CAN MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Products purchased on Jadise.it can be shipped to Italy, Europe, Albania, Philippines, Georgia, Jordan, India, Kuwait, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Maldives, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Macao SAR, San Marino, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, United States to the shipping address you indicate on the order form.
Please note that shipments of our products are currently limited to the territory of the state associated with the location you are browsing from at the time of purchase. Please be sure to provide a shipping address within these boundaries at checkout. Orders with shipping addresses outside these boundaries will be cancelled and you will be refunded the total amount already paid.

3. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When you place your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to the courier company that will allow you to follow the progress of the delivery.
4. IS IT POSSIBLE TO SHIP THE ORDER IN GIFT WRAPPING?
All products will be shipped inside an elegant box signed JADISE. Orders do not contain any price indication, so they can be sent directly to the recipient of your gift.
